Elite Styling Coach Ltd provides professional styling, image consulting, creative direction, educational and advisory services designed to help individuals and organisations develop a personalised style aligned with their identity, lifestyle and goals.
Our services include, but are not limited to, The Elite Styling Experience, Colour Analysis, Image Consultation, Style Identity Development, Style Archetype Profiles, Wardrobe Audits, Personal Shopping, Outfit Styling, Professional Styling, Event Styling, Seasonal Styling, Private Styling Concierge, Virtual Styling Services, Digital Styling Deliverables, Educational Resources, Corporate Styling Services, Workshops and Speaking Engagements.
Service descriptions, availability, pricing and features may change from time to time. Elite Styling Coach Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any service where reasonably necessary.
Eligibility
By using our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable, have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement, and have provided accurate and complete information.
Elite Styling Coach Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where inaccurate information has been supplied or where continuing the service would be inappropriate.
Bookings
Appointments may be booked through our website or another approved booking method and remain subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and, where applicable, cleared by the payment provider. Elite Styling Coach Ltd reserves the right to decline, postpone or refuse any booking where reasonably necessary.
Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£ GBP). Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings and accepted invoices will not be affected by subsequent pricing changes. Where a pricing error occurs, Elite Styling Coach Ltd reserves the right to correct the error before confirming the booking.
Payment
Payment is required before services commence unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. Payment processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Services and appointments requiring advance payment will be confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and, where applicable, cleared. Elite Styling Coach Ltd reserves the right to postpone appointments or withhold services where payment has not been successfully processed.
Payment Plans
Where an instalment payment plan has been approved, all instalments remain payable on the agreed payment dates regardless of whether appointments have been scheduled or attended. Failure to schedule or attend appointments does not alter the agreed payment obligations.
If payment remains outstanding for five (5) calendar days, a £15 late payment administration fee will be applied to the outstanding instalment. Elite Styling Coach Ltd may suspend appointments, services, digital deliverables and future bookings until all outstanding balances have been paid.
If payment remains outstanding for ten (10) calendar days and no alternative payment arrangement has been agreed, Elite Styling Coach Ltd reserves the right to terminate the payment plan and cancel any remaining appointments or services.
Outstanding balances, including any applicable administration fees, must be settled before future appointments, services or deliverables are released. Additional payment plan terms may be contained within the applicable Client Service Agreement.

Appointments & Attendance

Clients are expected to attend all scheduled appointments at the agreed date, time and location. Clients arriving within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled appointment time will receive the remaining appointment time only. Appointments will conclude at the originally scheduled end time without extension, fee reduction or partial refund.

Clients arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. Any travel fee paid for an in-person appointment is non-refundable as it covers travel already undertaken by Elite Styling Coach Ltd. Should an in-person appointment be rescheduled following a no-show, a new travel fee will apply. Where the appointment is rescheduled as a virtual appointment, no additional travel fee will be charged.

Where Elite Styling Coach Ltd is delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, public transport disruption, adverse weather or other unforeseen events, we will notify the client as soon as reasonably practicable and, where reasonably possible, extend or reschedule the appointment at no additional cost to ensure the client receives their full scheduled service.

Elite Styling services are priced according to the professional expertise, preparation, personalised methodology and services provided rather than the amount of time spent during the appointment. Where a client chooses to end an appointment early or does not utilise the full appointment time, the agreed service fee remains payable in full.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by providing at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice. Requests received with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice may be treated as a missed appointment. Repeated requests to reschedule may result in an administration fee or reduced booking priority. Where Elite Styling Coach Ltd agrees to reschedule outside this policy, such agreement shall not create an ongoing obligation to do so.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel their service before the first scheduled appointment. The client's service begins upon receipt of payment. Following payment, Elite Styling Coach Ltd immediately allocates time and resources to client onboarding, service planning, personalised preparation, appointment coordination, payment administration, client communication and other pre-service activities required to prepare the client's personalised styling experience.

If the client cancels after payment has been received, Elite Styling Coach Ltd reserves the right to retain up to fifty percent (50%) of the total service fee to cover work already undertaken. Any remaining refund will be considered in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Once a consultation or styling service has commenced, completed services are non-refundable, subject to the client's statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to, reports, Style Identity Profiles, Style Archetype Profiles, personalised Lookbooks, digital guides, downloadable resources, templates and educational materials. Due to the nature of digital content, these products are non-refundable once delivered, downloaded or otherwise made available to the client, except where required by applicable law.

Service Deliverables

Depending upon the services purchased, clients may receive personalised deliverables including Colour Analysis Reports, Image Consultation Summaries, Style Identity Profiles, Style Archetype Profiles, Personalised Lookbooks, Wardrobe Recommendations, Outfit Recommendations, Shopping Recommendations, Colour Palette Guides, Digital Style Boards, Virtual Styling Documents, Educational Resources and other service-specific materials.

Delivery times vary according to the complexity of the service and individual client requirements. All deliverables are created exclusively for the purchasing client and are licensed for personal use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, shared with third parties, commercially exploited or resold without the prior written consent of Elite Styling Coach Ltd.
Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information relevant to the requested services, including photographs, measurements, questionnaires and other supporting information where applicable. Clients are responsible for attending appointments, communicating any relevant changes, and participating in the styling process in good faith. Recommendations are based solely on the information provided. Elite Styling Coach Ltd accepts no responsibility for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information or from a client's decision not to implement, partially implement or modify any recommendations.

Service Outcomes

Elite Styling Coach Ltd provides personalised styling, image consulting, educational and advisory services. Recommendations are tailored to each client's information, preferences, lifestyle and objectives. Whilst we are committed to delivering a professional and high-quality service, individual results will vary and no specific personal, professional, financial, aesthetic or lifestyle outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.

Client Information

To deliver our services, we may collect information including photographs, body measurements, clothing sizes, wardrobe information, lifestyle information, colour and style preferences, budgets, consultation responses and appointment history. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information remains accurate throughout the duration of the service. Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Client Photographs

Certain services require photographs for assessment purposes. By submitting photographs, clients confirm they have the right to provide them. Photographs will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services unless separate written consent has been provided for marketing or promotional use. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Private Styling Concierge

Private Styling Concierge services are separate from The Elite Styling Experience unless expressly included within a purchased service. Additional terms may apply depending on the nature of the service, supplier commitments, travel arrangements, client budgets, purchasing authority, deposits, returns, exchanges, shipping arrangements or concierge management fees. Retail purchases remain subject to the policies of the relevant retailer.

Communication

By booking our services, clients agree that Elite Styling Coach Ltd may communicate regarding appointments, invoices, payment reminders, deliverables, account information and service updates by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp Business, the client portal or another mutually agreed communication method. Marketing communications will only be sent where consent has been provided and may be withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, methodologies, reports, Style Identity Profiles, Style Archetype Profiles, Colour Analysis Reports, Image Consultation Reports, Lookbooks, educational resources, digital products, downloadable materials, presentations, photographs, videos and other materials created by Elite Styling Coach Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased deliverables for their own personal use only and may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit any material without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, retailers or services for convenience only. Elite Styling Coach Ltd accepts no responsibility for the content, availability, products, services, security or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Force Majeure

Elite Styling Coach Ltd shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, transport disruption, internet outages, utility failures, government restrictions, public health emergencies, supplier failures or other unforeseen events. Where reasonably possible, affected appointments will be rescheduled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Styling Coach Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.

Related Policies

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable Client Service Agreement. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed Client Service Agreement relating to a specific service, the Client Service Agreement shall prevail.

Electronic Acceptance

By creating an account, booking a service, accepting an invoice, entering into a payment plan, making payment, checking an acceptance box or continuing with the booking process, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature where permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable Client Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Elite Styling Coach Ltd and the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Failure by Elite Styling Coach Ltd to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right available to us.

Assignment

Elite Styling Coach Ltd may assign, transfer or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of the business. Clients may not assign their rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

Elite Styling Coach Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website together with the revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
