It explains how we collect, use, share, retain and protect personal information when you visit www.elitestylingcoach.com (the “Website”), enquire about or purchase our services or products, create an account, attend a consultation or otherwise interact with us.

This policy is intended to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), the Data Protection Act 2018 as amended, including by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (“PECR”). 1. Scope

This policy applies to personal information collected through our Website, booking and client systems, consultation forms and questionnaires, client portal, events, email, telephone, WhatsApp Business, social media and other direct communications with us.

2. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us and the service requested, we may collect:

• Identity and contact information: your name, title, contact and billing details, account details, communication preferences and date of birth where relevant or voluntarily provided.

• Service and consultation information: enquiries, booking history, questionnaire responses, styling objectives, professional and lifestyle requirements, cultural and wardrobe preferences, shopping preferences, budgets and consultation notes.

• Styling information: clothing sizes, measurements, photographs, colour analysis information, body and facial characteristics relevant to styling, wardrobe inventories and garment, style and colour preferences.

• Transaction information: bookings, invoices, purchases, payment status and transaction history. Full payment-card details are handled by authorised payment providers and are not stored by Elite Styling Coach Ltd.

• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, operating system, language settings, referring pages, pages visited, session data and cookie information.

• Marketing preferences: your choices concerning newsletters, offers, events and other marketing communications.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

3. Client photographs and visual information

Some services require photographs, fit images, full-body images or other visual information. We use them to assess matters such as colour, garment fit, proportion, silhouette, placement and styling choices. Where relevant, they may be included in your private personalised reports or deliverables to explain observations and recommendations.

Photographs supplied for consultation or used in a private client report are private client material. They will not be published or used on our Website, social media, advertising, portfolio, case studies or other promotional channels without your separate consent. Providing photographs for a service, or agreeing to their inclusion in your private report, is not consent to public or promotional use.

The same distinction applies to identifiable images created during a final photo shoot, mini photo shoot or similar service. Receiving those images does not give us permission to publish them. You may withdraw consent for future promotional use at any time.

4. Special category personal information

Ordinary photographs, measurements, colour analysis results and styling preferences are personal information but are not automatically special category personal data.

Information you choose to share during a consultation may occasionally reveal special category personal data, such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information or sexual orientation. If we process such information, we will identify both a lawful basis under Article 6 UK GDPR and a condition under Article 9 UK GDPR, normally your explicit consent where appropriate. We will not use special category personal data for marketing without separate explicit consent.

5. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you submit an enquiry, complete a form or questionnaire, create an account, make a purchase, upload photographs, attend a consultation, communicate with us or subscribe to marketing.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal. Service, booking and account messages are not marketing.

• Core client, contractual and transaction records may generally be retained for up to six years after the relevant service ends.

• Marketing information is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, subject to keeping a minimal suppression record.

Information that is no longer required is securely deleted, anonymised or otherwise disposed of.
