Service Description

The One-Time Personal Shopper service provides focused shopping support for a defined occasion, wardrobe gap or shopping objective. INVESTMENT AND TIME £359 for up to 3 hours of personal shopping support. HOW IT WORKS The shopping brief, budget, sizing and preferences are confirmed first. A proposed shopping direction is then prepared for approval before shopping begins. The service may be delivered through virtual shopping, accompanied in-person shopping or stylist-managed shopping. The client provides a separate purchasing budget for approved items. WHAT THE CLIENT RECEIVES A curated selection aligned with the approved brief, purchase-approval support, personal shopping guidance and delivery coordination where applicable. Rush support is subject to availability and the applicable rush fee. Ongoing support is available separately through the VIP Private Shopping Concierge. AVAILABILITY Virtual worldwide or in person by arrangement. ELIGIBILITY The Elite Styling Experience is not required. AFTER BOOKING The client receives the shopping brief and instructions for confirming the purchasing budget, sizing, preferences and required date.
